DOWNTOWN WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The City of Loveland undertook a $522,800 water line replacement project located in the Historic Downtown area and includes Karl Brown Way, Railroad Avenue, Third Street and Harrison.  The project included replacing the existing 4" water lines and replacing them with new 8" water line as well as repaving the roadway affected by the excavation.  The project began in January 2007, and was funded with $522,800 State of Ohio zero percent loan.

On October 17, 2006, the City hosted a neighborhood meeting to provide conceptual information to residents in the neighborhood and listen to their concerns and issues.  The exhibit that was presented at the meeting can be viewed at City Hall or by clicking here.
