PayPal account has been closed

As of July 31, 2010, the City of Loveland no longer offers PayPal as an option for paying online. The account has been closed. Payments made now will be refunded to your account. Online payment is still an option, and will now go through Official Payments. In this way, tax money will not be used to provide this convenience. The fee will be paid by those residents wishing to use this service.
