You may download the form Application for Utility Service, but we will need you to stop in and show a photo ID, usually a license. How Do I Pay My Bill? You may pay in person with a credit card, by check or cash at City Hall at 120 W. Loveland Ave. Loveland, OH 45140 or online with Official Payments. If you want to have your payment taken directly from your account on the fifteenth day of the month in which it is due, please click here and follow the instructions. Why is my Bill so High?
