City of Loveland: Special Projects

Brownfields: Brownfields are defined as real property, the expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardours substance, pollutant or contaminant.

Neighborhood Projects: All of our City's neighborhoods are important, so in November 2002, an interdepartmental team of City Staff was formed to undertake a study of the conditions of Loveland’s neighborhoods. This was the first step towards the development of a neighborhood revitalization strategy, and we are tracking our progress as we move forward.

Road Construction: Your chance to view the most up-to-date road construction schedule.

Loveland-Madeira Rd. Corridor: It is the goal of Loveland City Council to revitalize the Loveland-Madeira Rd. corridor.  This page will provide information on all of the latest plans.

Clermont County Hazards Mitigation Plan: Clermont County recently completed development of a Countywide All Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan.  The preparation and adoption of this plan was necessary for the County and jurisdictions within the County to be eligible to receive federal and state mitigation funding assistance in the future, (the City of Loveland has previously done this for Hamilton County).  Click on the quick link to receive more information on this subject.

Redevelopment of Downtown: Since the adoption of a redevelopment plan in 1995, Downtown Loveland has experienced considerable public and private investment.  This plan is now out of date, however, and the downtown still faces a number of challenges in the coming years.
