Residents of the Greater Loveland area apply to the City of Loveland for their water, sanitary sewer and trash removal accounts. All new utility customers need to complete an application before water service can begin. Curbside recycling is voluntary, however the City of Loveland is very proud of the 98% of customers who participate in the program.
