Public Art

The City of Loveland is please to partner with the Taft Museum for its 80th Anniversary and Art for All adventure.  On the bike trail from May – September, reproductions of these two great pieces of artwork (currently on display at the Taft) will be displayed.

The Pond at Dagneau, 1858-60 by Pierre-Etienne-Theodore Rousseau (will be located near Eads Fence and Loveland Canoe & Kayak)

Mrs. Parkyns, 1794 by John Hoppner (will be located near the Firefighters Memorial at Railroad Avenue and Harrison Street)

Other public art projects include our painted canoes, which can be found all around the City, and our annual Paint the Town event where the creation of art is brought out into the streets of Loveland.
