Because the City of Loveland is relatively built-out, we are committed to exploring redevelopment opportunities to grow our economic base.  In October 2010 the City of Loveland engaged Resurgence Group and its strategic consulting and design partners to study redevelopment opportunities throughout the City.  Resurgence Group is working closely with the City’s Downtown Development Resource Committee and the Redevelopment Advisory Committee on this initiative.
