 Your utility bill includes charges for water, stormwater, sewer and trash collection. All new utility customers must visit City Hall to complete an application for utilities to begin. Water: The City of Loveland provides water to its residents through its own water system operated by the City. Water tap and Meter Fees Water Tap Permit Application Standard Meter drawing Water Surety Bond Stormwater: In accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protect Agency (Ohio EPA) and the City of Loveland's implementation of its stormwater management program, the stormwater utility was designed to generate funds to make improvements throughout the City that would improve the quality of stormwater before it reaches rivers and streams. Trash Removal: The City contracts with Rumpke for trash collection for its residents. Curbside Recycling: Is voluntary for residents and is FREE of charge and provided by Rumpke. Anyone needing a recycle bin should call (513) 683-0150 to request one. Bins are delivered by the City Public Works Department and is generally done so at the beginning of each month.
