Your utility bill includes charges for water, stormwater, sewer and trash collection. All new utility customers will need to come to City Hall to complete an application for utilities to begin. You may download the form Application for Utility Service, but we will need you to stop in and show a photo ID, usually a license.

If you want to have your payment taken directly from your account on the fifteenth of the month that it is due, please click  Automatic Withdrawal Payment and follow the instructions.

Water Quality Report 

Stormwater: In accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protect Agency (Ohio EPA) and the City of Loveland's implementation of its stormwater management program, the stormwater utility was designed to generate funds to make improvements throughout the City that would improve the quality of stormwater before it reaches rivers and streams.

Trash Removal: The City contracts with Rumpke for trash collection for its residents. Click here for information on refrigerator disposal. View or download the form.

Curbside Recycling: Is voluntary for residents and is FREE of charge and provided by Rumpke. Anyone needing a recycle bin should call (513) 683-0150 or email Linda Newland to request one. Bins are delivered by the City Public Works Department and is generally done so at the beginning of each month.
