The City of Loveland has converted to monthly billing in response to residents who will benefit from having a steady monthly bill, as opposed to one large bill arriving every other month.  Your meter will still be read every other month. Your bill will come every month and be due on the fifteenth. If your bill is not paid by the fifteenth, you will receive a delinquent notice within a week. Your water will be disconnected if not paid the fifteenth of the following month.

Estimated bills will be based on typical usage. You can expect your bill to be about half of your current bill, depending on usage.

If you received your bill in the odd numbered months:

Accounts beginning with 1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 21 or 22

• September – You will receive your last two month bill.
• October – You will receive your first monthly bill – it will be estimated.
• Your meter will be read for the bills due in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
• You will be estimated for the bills due in February, April, June,  August, October, September, and December.

If you received your bill in the even numbered months:

Accounts beginning with 2, 3, 6, 7, 9 (garbage only, no reading) 13, 17, 18, 19, 20 (storm water only, no reading)

• September – no bill
• October – You will receive your last two month bill.
• November – You will receive your first monthly bill – it will be estimated.
• Your meter will be read for the bill due in February, April, June, August, October, September, and December.
• Your bill will be estimated for the bill due in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
